Ordering Guidelines

Thank you for your interest in our catering services. We look forward to being a part of your event. The following information will be helpful in planning your event.

• To serve you in the best possible way, we request two working days notice for any catering event to guarantee your specific order and time. More notice, of course, is preferred. Every effort will be made to accommodate your last minute requests.

• All prices are per person unless otherwise specified and do not include sales tax. There is a $50.00 minimum on all services. 24 hours cancellation notice is required on all catering services to avoid billing.

• All services include disposable dishware, unless china service is requested. China service is available for a fee.

• Additional charges apply for special request items like flowers, rentals, service staff, or menu items.

• All catering display equipment must be left for pick-up after event. Additional charges for missing display equipment may be incurred.

• Our regular catering hours are from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Late Afternoon, evening and weekend events and pickup are available with an additional labor charge. We customarily pick up all day catering by 4pm.

• If you’re looking for a custom menu outside of our regular catering menu, just give us a call, and we’ll be happy to work with you to tailor a menu to your needs.


• We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Credit card account information must be provided when ordering, prior to the event. We prefer credit card payment. However, arrangements can be made to accept checks with approval. Check payment MUST be recorded within 10 days after the event.
